Time flies!

We’re so sorry it’s been forever since we’ve updated everyone! Time truly does fly when you’re having fun! ☺ We’ve been incredibly busy the past six months over here on Melrose as our shop continues to grow, piece by piece. We now have inspiring murals on our walls, beautiful shelving, and more tables for our guests to get some productive work done or catch up with friends.

In addition to the beautiful renovations, we’ve been working on tailoring our menu so that there’s something for everyone. Our menu has expanded to include sandwichesand our signature waffle puffs—which, are now “award winning” waffle puffs after taking third place at LA BrunchCon this month! Our chefs have worked hard to create perfect flavor combinations to stuff inside each waffle puff—from sweet to savory—to satisfy any craving.
 

The latest “buzz” on our coffee is that we’ve added a keg fridge, which allows us to provide Melrose with refreshing Kombucha from Kombucha Culture—a wonderful team based out of San Diego. We currently have four flavors on tap! We have also perfected our Nitro Cold Brew recipe so guests can cool off with its chilled velvety, chocolaty smoothness and, of course, satisfy their need for caffeine.

Our guests have also been raving about our unique Cold Brew Soda, which is infused with carbon to create a delicious and refreshing drink. We highly recommend it with vanilla for that old-fashioned soda experience—with a caffeinated kick, of course! For those who are feeling more adventurous, we have lavender and orchid flavors that taste wonderful in it, too!

For our unlucky friends who don’t live close enough to the brick and mortar Toasted and Roasted, don’t worry! You can now order all our coffees on our website. We have all our in-store coffee bean options—from Brazil to Rwanda—all freshly roasted with love, from us to you.
